I understand that professional counseling services provided by Shadowhaus Counseling & Holistic Wellness LLC may be billed through insurance or paid privately (self-pay) depending on my coverage and eligibility. I also understand that holistic wellness services (including but not limited to spiritual counseling, energy healing, Reiki, or other non-clinical wellness services) are not considered medical or mental health treatment and are not eligible for insurance billing. These services are offered strictly on a self-pay basis, and payment is due according to the practice’s established fees.
